These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, ticket sales and events organised by Hidden Secrets Events. By using our website, purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Tickets

​

Tickets may be sold through our website or through third-party ticketing platforms. A ticket only gives access to the event, date and location stated on the ticket.

You are responsible for checking the correct event date, time, location, ticket type, age restrictions and house rules before purchasing a ticket.

Tickets may not be copied, resold fraudulently or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Hidden Secrets Events.

3. Payment

​

Ticket prices, service fees and transaction costs are shown during the ticket purchase process. Payment must be completed before a ticket is valid.

Third-party ticketing or payment providers may apply their own terms, including terms regarding service fees, transaction costs and payment processing.

4. No cooling-off period

​

Because our events take place on a specific date and time, ticket purchases are not subject to a standard cooling-off period or right of withdrawal.

All ticket sales are final, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

5. Refunds and cancellation

​

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

In general, tickets are non-refundable unless Hidden Secrets Events cancels the entire event and no suitable alternative is offered.

Changes to the line-up, timetable, programme, production, venue layout or event experience do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, as long as the event itself takes place.

6. Line-up, timetable and programme changes

​

Hidden Secrets Events may change the line-up, timetable, programme, production, opening hours, venue layout or other event details when reasonably necessary.

​

If an artist, performer or act is unable to attend due to illness, travel issues, contractual issues, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control, Hidden Secrets Events may provide a replacement or adjust the program.

7. Entry and house rules

​

Entry to the event is subject to a valid ticket, age restrictions, security checks, venue rules and the instructions of staff or security.

​

Hidden Secrets Events and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors from the event if necessary for safety, security, public order or violation of house rules.

No refund will be given if entry is refused or a visitor is removed due to behaviour, intoxication, invalid tickets, failure to meet age restrictions or violation of the house rules.

8. Visitor conduct

​

Visitors must behave respectfully towards staff, artists, security, venue personnel and other visitors.

​

Discrimination, harassment, violence, intimidation, vandalism, unsafe behaviour or possession of prohibited items will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Photos and videos

​

Photo and video recordings may be made during Hidden Secrets events for promotional, social media, marketing and archival purposes.

​

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in general crowd, atmosphere or event footage. If you have concerns about specific content in which you are clearly recognisable, you can contact us.

10. Force majeure

​

Hidden Secrets Events is not liable for delays, changes, cancellations, damage or costs caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather, government measures, safety risks, public order issues, venue issues, technical failures, illness, transport disruption, artist cancellation, strikes or other force majeure events.

11. Liability

​

Visitors attend events at their own risk. Hidden Secrets Events is not liable for loss, theft, damage, injury or other costs, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Visitors are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety during the event.

​

12. Website content

​

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, event details, prices, availability, line-ups and other information may change.

Hidden Secrets Events is not responsible for errors, temporary website downtime or information provided by third-party platforms.

13. Intellectual property

​

All Hidden Secrets names, logos, visuals, text, designs, photos, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Hidden Secrets Events.

You may not copy, use, reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

14. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for ticketing, communication, event organisation, safety, marketing and administration purposes.
