Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for events organised by Hidden Secrets Events.
 

1. All ticket sales are final
 

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after purchase, unless Hidden Secrets Events cancels the event and no suitable alternative is offered.
 

Because our events take place on a specific date and time, tickets are not subject to a standard cooling-off period or right of withdrawal.
 

2. Artist, line-up and timetable changes
 

The announced line-up, timetable and event programme may be subject to change.

If an artist, performer or act is unable to attend due to illness, travel issues, force majeure, contractual issues or any other circumstance outside the reasonable control of Hidden Secrets Events, this does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
 

Hidden Secrets Events will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement or adjust the programme where needed. As long as the event itself takes place, tickets remain valid and refunds will not be issued because of changes to the line-up, timetable or program.
 

3. Event cancellation
 

If Hidden Secrets Events cancels the entire event and the event does not take place, ticket holders will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
 

In that situation, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, unless a new date or suitable alternative is offered and accepted, or unless different rules apply under applicable law.
 

Service fees, transaction fees or third-party platform fees may be excluded from the refund, depending on the ticketing provider’s terms.
 

4. Refused entry or personal circumstances
 

No refund will be provided if a ticket holder:
 

• cannot attend due to personal circumstances;

• arrives too late;

• is refused entry due to house rules, safety rules or age restrictions;

• is removed from the event due to inappropriate behaviour;

• provides incorrect personal information;

• loses access to their ticket.
   

Ticket holders are responsible for checking the event date, time, location, age restrictions and house rules before purchasing a ticket.
 

5. Force majeure
 

Hidden Secrets Events is not liable for refunds, compensation or additional costs in situations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, unless required by applicable law.
 

This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather, government measures, venue issues, safety risks, public order issues, technical failures, illness, transport disruption, artist cancellation, strikes or other force majeure events.
 

6. Ticketing provider
 

Tickets may be sold through a third-party ticketing platform. In that case, the terms and conditions of the ticketing provider may also apply to your purchase, including rules about service fees, payment costs and refund processing.
